Do you have any old bras that have seen their better days?  Rather than tossing them in the trash, you might consider extending their lives by turning them into purses.  Popularized in efforts to raise awareness about breast cancer, such bra conversions have inspired contests, auctions, and even museum exhibits.

The good news is that it’s easy to turn your bras into purses.  All you’ll need is the following: a strapped bra (underwire styles work best but any style will do), a pair of scissors, some needle and thread, a glue gun, and any craft materials found around the house (like beads, pieces of lace, ribbons, etc.) that you’d want to use as decorations.
