How to Make a Bra Purse

Do you have any old bras that have seen their better days?  Rather than tossing them in the trash, you might consider extending their lives by turning them into purses.  Popularized in efforts to raise awareness about breast cancer, such bra conversions have inspired contests, auctions, and even museum exhibits.

The good news is that it’s easy to turn your bras into purses.  All you’ll need is the following: a strapped bra (underwire styles work best but any style will do), a pair of scissors, some needle and thread, a glue gun, and any craft materials found around the house (like beads, pieces of lace, ribbons, etc.) that you’d want to use as decorations. How to Find Shapewear that Fits Properly

If you’ve gone browsing through the shapewear section of your department store, you may have found yourself doing a double take when looking at the size of the garments on the hangers.  You may even have been shocked enough to hold one up to your body and think to yourself, “Is this the wrong tag” or “This has got to be a mistake – isn’t that a child’s medium?”  A common mistake made by shapewear shoppers is upsizing a garment because it looks too small or fits too snugly.
